Description
Catch a fish and measure it – the biggest catch wins! Reel Big Catch Game is a fun early years maths game to learn measurement, where players use the included fishing rod to ‘catch’ telescopic fish. There are 9 fish in 3 different lengths, but you’ll need to ‘catch’ a fish to find out how long yours is. The included tape measure has Imperial and metric measurements on one side, and non-standard measurements on the other. Suitable for 2–3 players.
Little learners can ‘catch’ big skills with the Reel Big Catch Game.
- Players take turns using the rod until all fish have been caught, then measure their fish against the included measuring cards to see who caught the biggest fish.
- Introduce the idea of small, medium, and large, and help kids understand the correlation between size and measurement.
